Loved the location, just a hop to the train station and close to USJ. The room had a lovely view, and the onsen was delightful for winding down. Clean, spacious, and comfy—definitely a steal!

The check-in felt like it took an eternity, and I nearly filed for an AARP card while waiting. Plus, who knew you had to pay to sit outside? You'd think we'd be getting complimentary sunbeams!

i had a fantastic time because the hotel was right near some amazing spots like the tempozan marketplace and osaka aquarium kaiyukan, both perfect for enjoying a leisurely stroll while soaking in the city's vibe.

The hot spring spa was a unique treat, and the views from our room were stunning. We even found convenience stores nearby for snacks! Loved the outdoor area for relaxing and taking pics. It definitely felt like a luxury escape for a family with kids.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to Universal Studios and the train station. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed exploring nearby stores for snacks. Definitely recommend checking out the hot springs for a relaxing evening after a long day.

The check-in process was pretty slow, which was frustrating after a long trip. It felt like it took forever to get settled in.

Families, you'll love this place

The room was spacious , felt like a real hotel and the staff was always around to help you with anything. We grabbed takeout from the cafe after a long day and it was a lifesaver, especially for the kids.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but I'd say it was worth it.
